Initially there was only Adam. God created him on the sixth day and Adam become the most perfect living organism. He was the best in everything- he was the fastest, the smartest, the most beautiful, and the funniest and most experienced… He was God’s favorite.
One day the snake just asked him:
“Why do you need to work, if there is nobody better than you?”
“Who else will if not me? I am made to look for the whole world.”
“You think you need to work to keep everything on track? You thing God, who created the whole world is not able to take care of it? He’s just lazy, so he makes you work. You are the last creation and you’re alone, so whatever you do, he is just going to love you as his son.”
“I don’t want to betray my God; I am going to help him.”
“Sure, and I will go have fun, I am alone of my type, so I’m the best, no need to worry.
As time passed, this idea raised and made more and more sense. He decided to have more rest, can’t God to it all himself? From the bible stories you might think that God made Eve so that Adam is not alone, but it’s not how the story was. God made Eve, beautiful, attractive, funny and surely smarter than Adam. God did not make the woman, what God made was the competitor.
Eve was such a good person that Adam fell in love with her. She was his dream, his role-model, she was better than anything else he ever saw in his life. Eve loved being in the center of everybody’s attention. I mean… in the center of Adam’s attention so they started spending the whole days together and trying to teach each other whatever they already knew. But Eve was so much smarter that Adam and he was almost unable to teach anything Eve didn’t know yet.
This turned into competition; Adam started losing the feeling of love, the feeling of happiness and instead had a mix, mix of love, happiness, freedom, joy and the mix was called jealousy. Everything good made up the worst ever. What to do? How to become better than her? The snake had the answer.
You think Eve ate the apple, because the snake convinced her? No, the snake helped Eve to return her love. Snake gave Eve the beaten apple and she convinced Adam that she had done the bite and that he needed to try as well. After a bite he gained wisdom, a lot of wisdom. God saw that and appeared to his creations.
God was the only person who ever tried the apple and now there was somebody else who had as much knowledge as him. It was becoming much more dangerous. Killing his son was violent enough not to be done, so he sent him somewhere to a parallel universe.

Ann was from one of those cities, where only about ten thousand people live. She was an ordinary girl, from an ordinary family, where parents love their children and are proud of each of their achievements, where kids get presents and have fancy birthday celebrations, one of those ordinary families, where people see their relatives once a year during Christmas, one of those where children are proud to see their parents on the TV. This was one of the most common families in the twenty first century.
Ann was one of the ordinary students in the school. She was getting maximum marks in each and every subject and was a straight A student, one of those, which make their teachers proud. She was a student, who was making proud her family and jealous her classmates. She was one of those that had never done any crazy thing in their whole life, one of those who had never made independent decisions and one, who couldn’t understand why she had no friends at all.
She was also in a musical school, learning to sing and play piano. Guess what? She finished the musical school with highest marks, but never played for any band, never had any concert, she just finished it and forgot how to play the piano in less than two years as if that hadn’t even happened in her life.
She knew, she was convinced she is the best student, teachers talked about her all the time, all the school parent were showing her as an example to their children, and the classmates were not even trying to compare themselves with her. She was on the top of the world.
Just while entering high school, a new girl, from the same city entered their school and was added to their class. The girl was not good at every single subject, but what had anything to do with science and math, she knew better than the teacher did. She was far ahead the whole class and also, Ana.
From the very first day Ana started hating Marie. She couldn’t take the fact, that any teacher can love her more, that the teachers, who were proud by Ana the whole 10 years, were now amazed by the knowledge Marie had.
That was the point where she realized why she didn’t have any friends. People did not want to be around a person, who is better than them. They just did not want to be the friend of a girl who looks like perfection compared to them.
She did not know how to compete. She was born being the best and when there was a person better, she just did not know how to fight for the title of the best. She did not know what else is left to be done. So she just waited until time came to go to university. Marie went to Oxford, where met people who were lot better than her. She tried to fight. She bet some of them and graduated from Oxford with middle marks. Ann ended up going to the university in her town, studying literature and being a teacher.
She was one of those teachers, who, instead of helping weak students, only give attention to the students, who are already smart and make the whole class hate the smarter students.

God understood what jealousy means. That was a new feeling to him as well. So he decided to get read of everybody who is as smart as him. That is why after sending Adam and Eve away from his house, he decided to fill the hearts of their sons with as much jealousy as he can.
He worked hard. In fact, he spent two whole weeks without taking a rest to make a lot of jealousy. And then he filled Abel and Cain with that yellow liquid which had no smell, but tasted as an apple which was left under water about a year.
Cain killed Abel and God (as if he didn’t know what is going to happen) sent Cain away from Adam and Eve. Such a coincidence, isn’t it? He punished Cain so good that he lived 730 years and spread a lot of that mixture called jealousy around the world. Seems like God made sure that a lot of people are filled with the yellow liquid with no smell.

The never ending wars- oil, territories, history, politics… This was too violent and the nuclear bombs ruined the whole world. Nature, animals, people, cities… Nothing was left, but the expedition members in Antarctica. The three male and a female scientists, who had nowhere to go and almost no food left. One of the male scientists died because of the ice that buried his whole body under it and they couldn’t find it. The other scientist soon drowned. And there were only two of them left. The male geologist- Adam and the female biologist- Eve were the last two people left.
They were desperate, no food, no people, no idea what to do. And one day, in the middle of the huge glacier, they saw an apple tree and a snake right under it:
“You want to live forever?”,- the snake said.
“We just don’t want to die”.
“Eat the apple, it will take you back”.
“Don’t even know what to say to a talking snake, seems like I am already getting mad”.
“Let’s eat it, there’s nothing left to lose”.
The apple had two huge bites on it. God took off the snake skin. Adam and Eve were liking the ice as if they never saw what it is and then started running as kids. God took a deep breath and went to have a rest. It was the seventh day.
